you are as happy as u choose to be

this particular discourse i heard on television and was very much impressed by it ......so jst wantd to share it with more people!!!!!!!

i'm not very religious .in fact i think among al religions and spirituality, we need to choose spirituality.having said that, i do believe in God.i think spirituality is the journey to fill the gap between u n ur God.which is y we r all always on the path of spirituality, never actually spiritual.
i hav never been a ritualist. i believe rituals only cause troubles.i pray 4 only few mins.. i refuse to believe that if u pray 4 sumthng, u will get it. i think wat works bettr is wen u toil hard and strive to reach ur goal. im nt a kind of person who cries over wat i dont hav. i d rather be happy wid wat i hav.
i am a realist. i dont believe that ny one can solve ur problems 4 u.you need to tackle dem head on and find a solution. and if there is no way out, move on. there is no point worrying urself over sumthng that u know wont get sorted out.
i believe one shud be in control of their own minds. no amount of lucky charms n talismans can help a person. destiny is wat it is . you cant fight it. just accept wat life gives u n go wid the flow.
wen i think of karma, i wonder wat it really means. be nice to people on ur way up. you will meet dem on ur way down.
